Please note: Spaces will be allocated to you using the figures given above. A deposit invoice, approximately 25%, will then be sent, payment of which will confirm your booking.
A final invoice will be sent after the booking, and will be based on the numbers given above & confirmation from the Aldwark Duty Manager.
Additional attendees may be added at the discretion of the booking manager, dependent upon Aldwark site usage. These will be added to the final invoice if approved.
